this is so damn cute …

these are about 2 inches tall … you can use them as keychains, dangle them from your handbags , or just pick them up and adore them ( wahh , so cute ! ) … my kids play dollhouse with them …  they have a growing collection which you can view at their website  ->  Saan Ha

i hope they’ll be coming back to the next B.I.G. fair , i’ve already got a list to collect …

happy songkran ! ( and other happenings )

• extra long holiday this year … the kid gets a week long break from school … she’s been in three water fights so far … her sister , on the other hand, thinks that the songkran water festival is totally ridiculous and why would she want to get her pretty dress wet ? … crazyheads  !
• we got one freakstorm , thank you very much but we really need more … brain slow cooking …
• crafting is not happening much here … i spend more time at the kitchen sink than at the sewing machine … what’s with the dirty dishes ? … multiplying without my permission …
• i found a new use for the rabbit’s wire hair brush … i can use it to clean dog hair off the dust mop !!! … the rabbit will just have to wait till i get a new brush .. not that anybody will notice … it’s past the ‘ i love you to pieces !! ‘ phase already … i am the sole rabbit keeper of the family … why did he buy a rabbit ? … a roomba will be more appreciated … it moves around too and it CLEANS … i can sew it a rabbit suit …

freak storm needed

please, let it rain … it is too freaking hot here !! … i take back all resentments for being stuck at home , cuz being stuck at home means being away from that scorching ball of fire … today the K2 wanted to ride on buses … so i took her on a bus ride , a tuk-tuk ride,  a boat ride across the chao phraya river, and a skytrain ride … we got home sunburn … well, she got home with a pink face, me, i just shriveled up into a prune …

totally unrelated , don’t you think this new government is one of the most entertaining of the lot ? … makes me want to catch up on the news everyday … and what’s with the butter price ? it has risen from 35 bht to 73bht !!!
